Q. What is a credit and how does it work?
A. Sneepers.com works on a micro-payment system. You pre-purchase a package of credits and then redeem them to "unlock" the full length video clips and for webcam minutes. Video clips are 1 credit each and the webcams start at only 2 credits per minute.

Q. How do I watch the live webcams?
A. Select any performer from the live webcams browse page to view her profile. Then if she is online just click the "Chat with me now!" button to open the webcam viewer! Your video credits will not be deducted from your account until you confirm the amount to be billed. To view the webcams be sure you have the latest Flash Media Player installed on your PC or mac. It's quick, easy and it's free!

Q. How do I contact a webcam performer if she is not online?
A. Simply click the "contact me" link under the main photo on the performer's profile page to leave a message on her private message board!

Q. Can I view the webcams for free?
A. Yes! Each day you have three minutes of free group chat with any of the performers currently online!

Q. Why can't I see any webcams or videos?
A. You need the lastest Flash Media Player to view the videos and webcams. Click here to download the newest version of the Flash Player for PC and click here to download the lastest Flash Player for mac.

Q. How do I unlock a full length video clip?
A. At the end of each preview clip simply click the "Unlock This Clip" button in the Media Player or click the "Unlock Clip" button in the Video Details section to the right of the Media Player. Each video you unlock will be added to the Your Videos page and will be yours to view anytime you'd like!

Q. How do I removed a video from my bin?
A. Simply select the video you wish to remove and click the "Remove Clip" button to the right of the Media Player.

Q. How often will videos be added?
A. New video clips will be added each week.

Q. How do I become a model or webcam performer?
A. Send us an email with a few photos and we'll set it up!
